 First: the public library contains 5 thousand books in three languages (Arabic – French – English), as well as references books, encyclopedia and specialized books for students, doctors, engineers, law students and other university domains.
The library is equipped with all facilities such as computer services, local and global newspaper and magazines which help the students to do their researches easily.
Second: the E- Library which includes information and references stored in a computer system (data bases).
Third: the bookshop aims at giving the researches the required stationery.
Fourth: the reading area is located within the public library and includes tables for reading in a way that the reader can sit and read comfortably.
During 2006, the recent publishing from the most important publishing house were procured in addition to some books, encyclopedia and magazines in order to play an academic role at the service of the students.
In order to develop the public library “Safadi Foundation” signed a contract with the “Arabic verification company” the opening of the library is expected to be during 2007. |
