Safadi Foundation and the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) celebrated the graduation of the 23rd class in Computer and Internet in Jbeil

In cooperation with Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA), Safadi Foundation celebrated the graduation of 39 trainees in the Computer Center in Jbeil.
The coordinator of the Information and Communication Technology department (ICT) of the Safadi Foundation, Mr. Azzam Dalati, delivered a congratulatory speech during the celebrations about the role of the Safadi Foundation and the intensive ICT training and how they play an important role in eradicating computer illiteracy in communities throughout North Lebanon. To date, the Foundation with various partners has witnessed the graduation of more than 37,000 participants. To deepen the success of the ICT centers, the Safadi Foundation is now offering English language training in some centers of Tripoli and the North.

Graduates gave testimony as to how the training has helped them in advancing in their jobs. The director of the YWCA in Jbeil, Ms. Naha Sadaka stated that “in cooperation with the YWCA, the Safadi Foundation took on the responsibility of filling a gap in society and spread knowledge and information.”
Every 6 weeks a new group of participants graduate from their training in both Computers and English.
