In a cooperation between the Safadi Foundation and the French Cultural Mission, a total of 29 students graduated with a diploma of studies in French Language DELF.

In the Safadi Cultural and Sports Center, 29 students from public high school in Tripoli graduated with a diploma of studies in French Language.
The graduation party included many speeches:
- A speech for the director of the Safadi Foundation Mrs. Mona Safadi
- A speech for the director of the French Cultural Mission in Lebanon Mr. Frederic Clavier
- A speech for the director of the French Cultural Center in Tripoli Mr. Philip Ardwan
- In addition to 4 welcoming speeches in French said by graduates representatives
