Subservient to the desire of the community and specially the graduates of the Safadi Computer and Internet Centers, the Foundation began this program in 2004 with funding from the US Embassy, as part of the Middle Eastern partnership Initiative.
During its initial phase, the program covered four centers located in Mina, Zehriyeh, Abi Samra and Kibbeh.
