“I will start by telling you briefly about my journey from a trainee to a trainer. My greatest ambition when I first joined the Women’s Academy Center and started practicing embroidery, was to be able to make one hoop. However, after six months of continuous training, which was accompanied by life-skills training, I found that the goals I previously set became simple tasks, and I realized that my skills have dramatically developed. I started working in small projects, and today, 10-years later, with sustainable trainings at the Academy, I am an embroidery trainer. Each training I give brings back the memories of how shy I was, especially in dealing with other people, and how with time I became a confident woman, enjoying financial independence. I am so proud that I do not rely on others anymore. My message to every woman who thinks she cannot escape her reality is to believe in herself that she is capable. I advise every woman to join the Women’s Academy Center where self-development and skill-improvement are the main focus.”
