“I joined the AVTC, thinking that it would be like any other training course I have joined, which provides a certificate at the end, and that’s it. This is what I was used to when I joined training courses, especially that I dropped out of school at an early age.  However, from the first week of trainings, I realized it was really different. Working with us was not the same as just working with beneficiaries, meaning the Center did not just provide us with skills; it truly reformed us, socially and economically, through developing our abilities and adding new skills. One thing I also noticed was that the team at the Center focused on helping us set steady plans for our future, and I can assure you, they succeeded.  I enrolled in the Painting Profession course at the AVTC, and I managed to secure a suitable job with a contractor. I am looking forward to developing my work, as I seek to improve my community as much as I can. To every young person who has lost hope in changing their reality, and who is seeking a future that enables them to live in dignity, I urge them to join the Center, and to gain practice in a profession suiting their orientations and aspirations. This is how we can achieve change.”
